Group Rides
Melbourne based cyclists benefit greatly from riding together, training together, and motivating each other to reach new heights. Our 3 weekly group rides, lead by experienced coaches, offer an inclusive and supportive environment for all. Always finishing with coffee!

Bike Skill Sessions
We provide regular skill sessions at the track or out on the road. Aside from the training focus, our group training sessions are focused on skills from the basics of clipping in and out, to bumping shoulders in a peloton, we will ensure you learn these skills to help you to keep yourself safe.

Race Advice and Tatics
Our team have been racing for decades at very high levels, which gives them a very good insight into the world of race tactics and training advice, therefore we can pass on our knowledge to athletes to allow them to race, not just harder, but also smarter.

To perform at your best, knowing what to eat and drink is also vital, we are able to give you excellent tips and tricks for what to consume on the bike to allow you to stay stronger for longer.
